Peel – On Monday, June 23, 2008 members of the Peel Regional Police participated in the quarterly “Sirens for Life” campaign. Officers and civilian support staff are encouraged to donate units of blood to assist Canadian Blood Services in their continued efforts to increase blood collection through the summer months.
Sixty two members of our organization donated upwards to 57 units of blood – enough blood to save over 150 people’s lives.
